When you request a quote, we collect your name, your email address, your phone number, the project address, the description of the work and, if you choose to attach them, photos of the structure. We collect only what is necessary to prepare your quote and to contact you. When you apply for a job, we collect your name, your phone number, your availability and, if you provide them, your email address and your résumé, solely to assess your application.
Why we use it
- to prepare your quote and send it to you;
- to contact you by email, phone or text message about your request, according to your preference;
- to plan and carry out the work, and to follow up afterwards;
- to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Text messages (SMS)
If you consent, we may send you text messages about your request: follow-ups, confirmations and service reminders. Message frequency may vary, and standard message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. Your SMS consent is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
Your information is processed by the technical service providers required to operate the website and our communications (hosting, email delivery, text message delivery). These providers use your information only to provide that service to us. We never sell or rent your information.
Retention and security
We keep your information for as long as necessary to prepare the quote, to carry out the work and to meet the legal obligations that follow from it. Data is transmitted in encrypted form (HTTPS), and access is limited to the team members who need it.
Your rights
In accordance with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Québec), you may request access to your information, its correction or its deletion, and you may withdraw your consent. Write to us at contact@peinturegr.com: we respond within 30 days.
